Return Policy


Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange in cases where the item is damaged. Clothing items must be unworn.  All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Arrows and Lace Boutique. Please E-mail us within 5-Days of item receipt for a return approval. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will be automatically be issued in a form of a code being e-mailed to your e-mail address on file.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us  at arrowsandlaceco@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on discounted items. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arrowsandlaceco@gmail.com.

Please note that if your item arrived within the specified time frame listed on the website and you are trying to exchange for a different size there is a 30% restocking fee for the items.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be given to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Corrections 

Any change, correction, or addition to an order must be made within 24 hours of the original order. Most orders are processed the day they come in and we cannot guarantee a correction can be made after the order has been sent to processing. Your communication is key! Order Cancellations 

If for any reason you  wish to cancel your order please E-mail us within 24 hours after you placed your order.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning any items to us. We will not responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
