Returns / Exchanges
- All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
- Returns are accepted for store credit in cases where the item is damaged or does not fit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered to be eligible for returns. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Arrows and Lace Boutique. Please E-mail us within 5 - Days of item receipt for a return approval. There is a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs of processing restocked returns . All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 - Business days of the customer receiving the order.
- In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In some situations the return shipping cost may be reimbursed. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued in a form of a code being e-mailed to your e-mail address on file. This process can take 5-7 days.
- To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a store credit refund: Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure.
