Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
    • All orders ship out the same day or next day and are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) during business hours. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via shipping method selected at checkout.
      • You will receive an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. (Please check your SPAM folder for E-mails about your order).
      • We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by USPS from our processing center in Savannah Georgia, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.
      Lost or Missing Packages
            • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
            Incorrect Address
            • IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED "UNDELIVERABLE" FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
            • The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
            • Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
            • Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
            • If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS (return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
